- There are no limitations on pre-existing conditions.
- No one is denied coverage.
- There is no deductible to meet and no yearly maximum.
- There are no insurance forms to complete.
Standard Plan (ages 14 & up) / $479 per year

Program Guidelines, Exclusions and Limitations:
- There will be no refunds issued on premiums.
- The patient portion of the bill is due on the date of service.
This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:
- In conjunction with your dental insurance, another savings plan or CareCredit.
- For treatment that is referred to a specialist outside of our office.
- For any hospitalization or hospital charges.
- For dental care covered by medical or auto insurance.
- For injuries covered by Worker’s Compensation.
